Team event at the mini golf course in Giengen
Teambuilding measures are important elements for strengthening cooperation in teams and improving team dynamics. Our summer party this year at the miniature golf course in Giengen was an ideal example of this.
The event provided an opportunity for our employees and their families to meet, interact and have fun in a relaxed environment and then recharge over food and drink. It created a bond that went beyond what could be accomplished in the day-to-day work environment.
We strongly believe that team building activities like our summer party have a positive impact on team performance, motivation and work climate. We look forward to organizing more events like this for our team in the future!
