Versatile production systems for every challenge

In order to fulfill the extensive range of services, we at Rieger rely on a combination of traditional manual work and highly innovative, fully automated systems. In the hand group and in the polishing room, work is still done by hand. The advantage of these systems is their flexibility and the possibility to intervene in the process at any time and thus change parameters. The automatic machines 1 and 2 are state-of-the-art anodising plants which run fully automatically and are linked to a fully automatic testing and packaging plant in the area of machine 2. This is a worldwide novelty and a technical innovation from Rieger.

For bulk material, the drum machine Automat 3 is used and the highly modern and effective Automat 4 is the 'all-rounder' which covers the complete range of the Rieger portfolio. These systems are supplemented by upstream or downstream work steps, so that Rieger is your one-stop shop for everything. With this technology we guarantee you brilliant results.
