The company, now in its second generation, combines traditional electroplating technology with state-of-the-art technology and plant engineering.
Versatile production facilities for every challenge
In order to fulfill the extensive range of services, we at Rieger rely on a combination of traditional manual work and highly innovative fully automated equipment. In the manual group of the hard chrome plant and in the polishing room, work is still done by hand. The advantage of these systems is the flexibility and the possibility to intervene in the process at any time and thus to change parameters. Automats 1 and 2 are ultra-modern anodizing plants that run fully automatically and are linked to a fully automatic testing and packaging plant in the area of Automat 2. This is a worldwide novelty and a technical innovation from Rieger.
For bulk material, Automat 3 is in operation as a drum system and the highly modern and effective Automat 4 is the "all-rounder", covering the complete range of the portfolio available at Rieger. These systems are supplemented by upstream or downstream processing steps, so that at Rieger you get everything from a single source. With this technology, we guarantee you brilliant results.
